I have uploaded the sixth circuit court ruling in what is commonly known as "the Pyle ballot language cases."

Judge Demers ruled that "The court declares the foregoing ordinances invalid".

This ruling invalidates ordinances 2008-10, 2008-11, 2008-12, and 2008-13.  This appears to invalidate our current Comprehensive Plan putting us back to early 2008 in terms of establishing any amendments to our Comp Plan.

The ruling is rather direct and clear for a court document.

I have posted it so that all our residents can read, for themselves, the points in this case.

Comments welcome.  J.Parent@stpetebeach.org
