I received some questions about our St Pete Beach Comprehensive Plan from a resident that seem to have been prompted by our recent court decision.
Several of the questions I have been asked before and several prompted me to review my own thinking about the issues he raised.
I thought I'd post my viewpoints here so more people could read them.
