Interesting evening at the Commission meeting. One thing we learned was the Appraisal conducted on the Egan Park Purchase puts the Market Value of the property, as of 23 Sep 2010 at $1,000,000.   You can read the PDF of the Self-Contained Appraisal Report Federal Yellow Book Standards cover report HERE.

Good thing we paid $875,000 for it and got a $200,000 grant to help out. Could be One Million value at 2/3 million cost.  One Million value for $675,000.
