Appendix D is an agreement appendix that the City included with our final offer. The idea was to make the "Bridge to the Future" Committee more representative of the residents, remove it from the Comprehensive Plan (where the Plaintiff's wanted to put it??), reduce the terms of the members, and to give the Commission the authority to appoint the members, still with input from the fringe groups.
