The plaintiffs lawyer (Mr. Weiss) was only comfortable working with hand marked up agreements and appendices as opposed to Word Processing electronic mark-ups. Because of this I haved scanned the agreement itself and its four (4) appendixes into my website.
Hand mark-up agreements that have gone back-and-forth several times can make for a harder to read document in terms of continuity. You can, in most cases determine the evolution of the agreement by noting the initials and dates. Our final offer has SVW initials (our attorney on the document) and 11/17/09 dates.
