Short version:Ken Weiss wants to communicate with our City Lawyers in SECRET. Long version:So…..Ken Weiss is the lawyer of record on several lawsuits against the City of St Pete Beach (You and me) DEMANDING in court that we release shade meeting transcripts. WASTING YOUR (and my) TAX DOLLARS. Any court action costs you and me tax dollars. Ken seems (to me) to specialize in seeking clients that will sue our City and waste our TAX DOLLARS.
Why do I say waste?Because we, (the City, you and I, the residents) have voluntarily released those transcripts to the public.Ken HAS NOT withdrawn his lawsuits.Frivolous? Harassment?I don’t know, you decide.
JEEZ Jim, cut to the chase!Ok!
Ken has asked our (the City, you and I) lawyers to allow him to communicate in secret!OUT OF THE SUNSHINE!How does that work?He sues because we meet in the shade and then requests that he communicate in secret?What does he have to hide?
As you can see below (again, read the messages from the bottom to the top) I do not think that is what we owe you, the residents of St Pete Beach.
